Gift Certificates

To give the gift of tranquility at The Harbour Club Day Spa and Salon, gift certificates are available upon request. If you wish to include gratiuity, please advise upon purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of issue.

Salon & Day Spa Policies

Cancellations
We request 24 hours notice of cancellation for single services and 48 hours notice of cancellation for spa packages and group events. A credit card number is required to schedule reservations for two or more services. If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If we are able to fill your appointment time there will be no charge.

Arrival Time
For first time visits please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can complete our client information profile while you relax with a cup of tea.

Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for the full service time.

For Your Comfort
Our spa has been designed to promote relaxation, it is not a suitable environment for children, pagers, or the use of cellular phones. To enjoy the full benefits of your visit, please advise your spa professional of any health conditions or medications you are taking. Fresh fruits, snacks and beverages are always available during your visit.

Gratuity

Gratuity for professional services is not included in prices. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
